    In registering your vehicle at reel-wheels.com, you acknowledge:

    That all terms and payments for the use of your vehicle will be negotiated between you, as owner, and the production company.

    That Thomas Smith Productions is not a party to any such agreements and is not liable for any disputes that might arise in the course of said agreements between owner and production company.

    That no promise, or guarantee, of rental income, or of employment for background work, is implied by subscribing to the database.

    That you are listing your vehicle for rental, as a picture vehicle, for use in the production of motion pictures.

    That for purposes of filming and storytelling, actors could be required to operate your vehicle and that authorized crew could operate your vehicle in the course of the production process.

    Your responsibility to be on time, behave in a professional manner and to abide by the terms of the agreement, as negotiated by you.

    That the database is presented as a free tool for production company staff to find picture vehicles and/or vehicles to fill a car call involving background actors.

    Thomas Smith Productions will make every effort to properly maintain and to promote the database to the industry, but makes no guarantees or promises that vehicles in the database will be booked on a motion picture production.

    Thomas Smith productions reserves the right to remove any owner's vehicle from the database if that owner's behavior on the set, or in dealing with a production company, is detrimental to the integrity of the database and jeopardizes the income potential of other subscribers by reducing the willingness of production staff to utilize the database.
